General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with Christian Fuchs, Best Sound Solutions, Ganterstraße 14, D-79877 (hereinafter “Best Sound Solutions”). They can be changed or replaced by individual cases. Consumers in the sense of business relationships are natural persons with whom a business relationship is entered into, without any commercial or independent occupational activity being attributable to them. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the terms and conditions are natural persons, legal entities or partnerships with legal capacity, with whom business relationships are entered into, which involve the exercise of a commercial or independent professional activity. Clients in terms of the terms and conditions are both consumers and entrepreneurs.

a) The headings in these General Terms and Conditions serve only for a better overview and have no material significance, especially not for a final regulation.
b) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply to these conditions and to the entire legal relationship between us and the consumer.
c) Place of jurisdiction is the local or regional court responsible for the respective location of our office.
